    1st Day @ Work

    3rd Jan@17.36
The first flight across overseas without honey. I was sitting alone on this plane still trying to figure out what had happened. Trying to make sense of the true reality.  The reality that me and K will be in two different place in the world missing each other.
The cabin is full and the business class is full too. Yet, somehow the seat next to me is vacant and it seems like to telling me something. Missing honey sitting next to me on this flight to HK, the flight to Swiss.

My first business class experience ever and it taste like a 5 star hotel with welcome drinks, endless people coming around giving you all sorts of things.  Entree - Main -  Dessert served across 3 hours.
I nearly forgot that I was already on this flights for almost 6 hours already.  Guess it would be anouther three hours to go before I landed in HK airport to meet Mum and Sister.

Everytime, I was on a trip on my own, I always wanted that Kevin will be here, next to me to share my experiences, to share my happiness..... I think he will be delight on Business class too.... hahaha....
I wonder if he already woke up playing raid with others online and wonder if Dad already start cooking.  How about Mini? What is she doing right now? Is she sleeping? Does she even notice that I'm gone and will not be back for 8 months?

I miss you Kevin, already so badly....I have to be strong. I have you in my heart with me, around the world.  I love you honey. Love you so much!!

    4th Jan @0650
Finally arrive at Zurich Airport, I have to confess I was shock by the cold wind blow into my face when I step out of the cabin. I can feel that my hands turns cold right away. I was trying to look for my gloves but I couldn't find them. I wonder how cold will it be when I actually stand on the street.
There is quite a lot of chinese on the plane as well. But strangly, I couldn't find any of them on my flight to Geneve which I originally thought there should be many.
I gather my brave to start a few short French sentance, but I think most of the people in Zurich speaks German. I'm still trying to figure out how to ask for a train ticket to Vevey when I arrive Geneve.
I hope the train station is not that far away from the airport so that I could walk there and save a penny.
During the flight I saw a very nice Bulgari ring shine in front of my eyes and it cost about $300EURo. I am still thinking, may be I should get one for myself... hahaha.. my devil is telling me "go get it" while my Angel is telling me "NO, you have to save $$"
I finally saw two chineses student speaking cantonese walk pass me looking for a seats but they murmuring and walk away.

I start observing people in the way they dress and trying to see if i'm adapted in there style of dressing in Swiss. I think I"m allright except my legs are cold.
Yet, thanks for the sheep skin boots, my feets are extremely warm along with my body as well.
Should I wandering around for before I borad onto the flight again n about 30 minutes?  Ther should be a lot of things to explore here.
May be I should walk around and find myself a toliet first since I really wanna go pee.

I sent a msg to Kevin as soon as I tuoched down and vry happy that he had been expecting my msg for a while. I wonder what he is doing right now?
I miss you too , honey.

Ok, lets go for a walk!! Talk to you later love!

Well, I finally arrived - Vevey, the place were I will stay for the following 2 years of my assignment. The flightis exhausting and I feel very thankful that I can actually sleep flat on the seat.  I was my first flight with Business Class ever. I know it sounds stupid, but it was really nice : D

I met Mum and Sister in HK for dinner and I continue my 12 hours journey to Zurich. I saw snow all over the place. It's only take 30 minutes frm Zurich to Geneva then I hopped onto the train to Vevey.  I had too pull my very heavy lugguage onto the train and find myself a seat next to the window.

I dragged myself with all my lugguage to the Hotel and it's about 5 minutes walk from the train station. The first thing I do is to get on the net and see if I can get ontoWow..... Unfortunately, the free internet block gaming website :(  Had a quite chat with Kevin and I ran downstairs for a walk.  I need to find my way to work.  The town was quite small.. since everything is centralized in the middle of the town, there is only one shopping centre in here but they have KOOKAI, H&M, some other european brand... No luck in walkin into the mall since they closed on Sunday.  The living standard is extrememely high as a instant coffee from the machine cost me 3 sFr... which is about $4 AUD per a small cup.  Everything is v expensive here. Normal meal cost at least $16 sfr. @.@

I managed to get into the local supermarket here and get a few bread (2.60 Sfr) and some instant noodles (1.70Sfr), which is ok.  Of course I will eat normal food but not that often since I really want to save $$ to buy a house in Melb :D But I promise I wil eat at least a proper breakky and Lunch :D

Dad eye surgery is set and booked and it will cost about $5500 fo two eyes. Mum said very expensive and told me if I still got any $ left but I think it's totally worth it since it's in Oz and everything is certified which compares to China is much better.

Oh well, I'm still in Jet lag.... sleep la.. nite nite
